Once your order enters production, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times begin after processing and vary by destination:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- International Orders: 10–20 business days

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

- Shipping method selected

Tracking Information
- Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment
International Shipping

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

- Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received
